Buckeye S/SS Season Opener @ Kil Kare Sat.April 17th
 

Get ready racers for the 2021 Buckeye S/SS Drag Racing Series event at Kil Kare Dragway near Xenia, OH on Saturday April 17th.
As usual we will feature NHRA and IHRA Stock and Super Stock entries as well as Nostalgia Super Stock that follow NMCA rules.
Entry is $100 and there is a $25 gate fee. Payout is $1000 to win plus $100 bonus from Mid Ohio Paving, Runner up $300 plus $200 Mid Ohio Paving Bonus , Semi finalists win round money plus $100 Mid Ohio Paving Bonus. Round money will start with second round winners ($50) per round. Winner and runner up will not receive round money.
The Dial for Dollars , that pays the closest to their dial in in our first qualifier session, pays $100 also sponsored by Mid Ohio Paving. No additional fee for this program.
The Buckeye Bounty Hunter Program sponsored by KB Trailers pays $100 to the racer that defeats the winner of the previous event. For this race the Bounty will be on Bryan Merkle, our 2020 Series Champion.
Information for the Buckeye S/SS Drag Racing Series event at Kil Kare Dragway this Saturday April 17th.
On Saturday the gates will open at 8:00 am. The entry fee will be $100 plus a $25 gate fee for a total of $125. If you want to come on Friday you can get into the track at 6:00 pm (there is a private test session in the afternoon so no one can enter until they are pretty well over) and the gate will be closed around 10:00 pm.
Parking....... all of the concrete spaces are rented so we cannot park there. Please pay attention because some of the grass areas are also sold and reserved. There is plenty of parking so we will be fine.
Time trials will begin at 10:00 for Jr's and then Pro, Super Pro , Buckeye Stock/Super Stock and finally Sportsman. We will get two qualifiers. Track manager Ron Vance said most likely all of the bracket racers will only get one time trial.
