Special shout out to Gutters By Design and Tim Stickles for sponsoring the 2022 Shoot-Out! Thanks for the continued support!

The qualified contestants should have received an email looking to confirm attendance. Thanks to those that already responded. Hoping to get responses from everyone to align alternates as necessary.

Thanks!

Re: Asra shoot out & race #6

A question for the group: I broke my B/SA Chevelle at the Epping Divisional race, and will not get replacement parts for it until well after the ASRA races in LV next week. Given this, is it within the rules for me to bring my J/SA Chevelle as a replacement? I signed up for ASRA this year with the B/SA, but am not sure if replacing it in the middle of the season is acceptable per ASRA rules.

Thanks. Ron

Hey Ron, as Tim said, you can participate with any legal Stock or Super Stock car. You don't have to attend all races with the same vehicle. Hope you are able to make it out with the other car!

After closing with all qualified racers, the field is now set for the 2022 Gutters By Design Shootout. Ladder is attached and also on https://www.asra-ne.com/shoot-out

The 16 racers in the field and the first 2 alternates will have their name on the list at the gate for free entry.

As stated before, ASRA will have a gamblers race. $35 tech card fee at the gate and then $25 before 1st round of eliminations. All stock/super stock cars will make 2 time shots together (Shoot-Out and Gamblers Race). After the two time shots, the Shoot-Out will be called for first round. After first round of the shoot-out, the first round of the gamblers race will be run to allow for 1st round losers of the shoot-out to get in on the action if desired. We are still ironing out details with track so be aware some of this might change. Random first round pairings but heads up runs will be contested after 1st round of the gamblers race.

For the Gamblers racer, ASRA is going to throw in a little extra money. $100 WIN, $50 RU, and $25 each semi-finalist if they are an ASRA member.

Participants can arrive on Friday to park and expect to pay applicable spectator fees as there is some activity going on at the track (sorry, I don't have specifics at this time).

Looking forward to another good weekend of racing!

I will match what All Star is posting up for money for the gamblers race! Same pay structure, let’s get some cars here and entered in this gamblers race! Let’s have some fun.
