Buckeye S/SS @ Kil Kare Sat Aug 17th
 

This coming Saturday August 17th we will again be at Kil Kare Dragway in Xenia OH for our final SCHEDULED race.
We will be part of the Gathering of the Geezers event held at Kil Kare annually.Besides our S/SS program ther will be other nostalgia based classes as well as a car show and induction of Hall of Fame.
Gates open at 8:00 am with time runs starting at 10:00 am. Racing is scheduled to begin at 2:30.
Our first qualifier will be the Dial for Dollars sponsored by Mid Ohio Paving for $100.The second qualifier will award the racer that qualifies #1 with a $50 VP fuels gift certificate and be used to set the ladder for eliminations. (we use reaction time to set the ladder). The Buckeye Bounty presented by KB trailer Sales will be on Jeff ross as he was the winner of the last race at Dragway 42. Also I got a call from Mike Rook and he and John Stock (Wendys Hamburgers) want to put a Bounty on the runner up from the last race. That racer is Jeff Jones driviing his Hemi Headache '65 Plymouth. Any racer that defeats any of these two racers will recieve $100. If an one beats them, then they will recieve the cash.
Parsons & Myers Racing Engines will pay $100 for the Best First Round LOSING Package.
