Trailer is a 2005 it has 21x10 foot awning, 13.5 btu AC both 1 season old, winch, 16" wheels. Two AGM batteries, space for 3. 800 watts of solar on the room. Can run laptop, weather station, fan all weekend without starting the generator. Has the usual bumps and bruises. All brakes , drums and bearing replaced before this season. 10.9k I can email pics.
