With the end of June coming up it is a good idea to check Seat Belt expiration dates so no surprises come up in tech next month. If I can help anyone with application information or belts let me know.

How much does it cost to get belts recertified and how fast is the turnaround?

check with the manufacture of the belts to find out how many recerts they allow & cost & turnaround ... in march I contacted RJS in Jupiter Florida & they sed can do 3 recerts in theirs & cost is $75.00 & turnaround is 5 - 7 days & will date them a few months ahead & the 2 years from day they leave the location

Depends on the brand. Some will recert and turn around quickly others will not recert at all. As mentioned above RJS is good to work with on new belts and recertification.

I don't know current prices but Stroud has always turned my belts and window nets around within a week.

Pro1 Safety Products, sells and recerts their belts very quickly. The best customer service in the business.

RJS treated my like a king.. Shortened them,recert, gained a couple more months and I think 10 day turn around.

How much was the shipping back and forth to them. I use RJS but have always bought new with the recert being $75 and shipping I always figured it wasnt worth the hassle to pack and ship them to save $25.

PRO 1 belts are nicest belts I have ever used...
anything safety related I buy will be from Jeff and Charolette Heffler's PRO 1

I bought RJS belts from Jegs this week and the exp date was December 2026. I’m returning them and switching to Pro1.

I use Impact. They do not "recertify" your restraint systems, but they say they reweb, at a substantial savings over buying a new set of belts.

I think everyone "rewebs" using the existing hardware when they "recertify".

Could be wrong but that has been my experience.

Will be at National Trail Raceway for the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular & IHRA Outlaw Nitro Events and can help with RJS and Racequip belts. Looking forward to the New events
