Hoosier tire contigency contact anyone?
 

Still waiting on Hoosier from the June national event.

Perhaps the contact info on the contigency site is wrong?

I have sent the w-9 etc 3 or 4 times, oddly no response what so ever.

If any one can help I would appreciate it!

I have not gotten anything from them for my win earlier this year either. I had about 11 stickers that should have paid. Only 3 have responded so dont hold your breath. I am sure its just a sign of the times.

Hello all,

Roy down in the Maryland shop just called me with a new contact for us to forward off our W9's etc.

Since its the holiday season I wouldn't expect lightning response, but it encouraging news to me!

That is interesting to read. I was paid by Hoosier in late October for a mid-August win. I didn't need to reach out at all.

Out of 10 claims, I'm still waiting on 4. One of those reached out a month ago via email, but no payment yet.

Eric is correct, please send all info to RHIPSHER@Hoosiertire.com I know it sounded like he helped Pat DeBottis with his claim.
Since being owned by Continental the procedures have changed and not for the better. They are looking at how to make it better but that will take time.

i finally got an email in October from Terry Borsodi. he said this. and i sent it in within a day. still haven't heard anything else.

"We have received information that you have earned a contingency payment. In order to make that payment we need to get you set up with a vendor account. To do this, we will need a w-9 and our vendor set-up form completed and signed(Highlighted lines only) .

I have attached the documents. Please complete, sign and return and we will process your payment.

Ron Hipsher is who I emailed for my claim in August. I just received my payment 2 weeks ago. Jegs has still not paid my claim from the same event and they used to be one of the first. Funny how things change with a corporate buyout. My email to the contact listed on NHRA.com was never answered.

I too am waiting on Hoosier to pay from July.
Just received email today they are sending check. They did not say when.
The only other one I am having issues with is Comp Cams.
Many say that Billy Carrol is the man however for me I get no response from him after several emails.
I assume he handles the entire Edelbrock group?

I had an email from Billy at Comp Cams at the start of Nov after a August class win, had a check from him a week after sending the W9 his way.

Drew, I know for a fact that Billy Carrol reads this forum. He does an excellent job on his end. Perhaps a good old fashioned telephone call might resolve this issue …..
