I believe it should be the same format as last year. Friday is test day with record runs allowed. There will be one qualifying session Friday evening. Saturday morning two qualifying runs then into eliminations.

Can you tell where as I went to the division website and could not find it. Also does this event could towards a grading point?

Yes, this is a regular national open, which does count for a grade point. More detailed info will be coming soon.

I couldn't find it until I googled it and yes a grade point is awarded. Should be fast, it always is.

The RA should be much better Friday and hopefully we'll see some records set which oh by the way is a rarity these days. Nobody wants the certificate anymore. It used to be a badge of honor. Why do you guys protect the combination that you never exercise? Air that bitch out!

Car count seems low and based on the incremental results the track seems to be loose. But seems to be coming around.

This is one of the big problems with NHRA and the younger crowd. They want instant access to what ever they are in to. NHRA is so behind the times on their social media coverage of events. It’s no wonder there is little interest in what NHRA has to offer. Same with the track owners. They do nothing to promote what they have going on at the tracks. I guess they just hope we show up and pay our own way. Who ever is in charge of that type of thing at NHRA needs to be fired and someone with experience in promoting our sport needs to be hired. This is just another reason they need to move corporate operations out of California.
