Re: st louis open
Bill Dyer what a CROCK of **** ??? Here is 300 bucks they won’t be getting...Hey NHRA,D 3 tracks, how about if I show my vaccination card, then let me enter the old fashioned way ..WITH CASH ......

Re: st louis open
And they are still going to gig us $8.00 for the Open and $10.00 for the points race for the online fees. If you pay cash at gate no fee from the credit card company. So the $18.00 in fees is just greed by the track. Hope they choke on it.

Re: st louis open
And another thing WWT Raceway,....
If MJ pays 300 bucks for an open and divisional entry, I expect someone, anyone .....to hand me a time slip at the end of my run....#STOPTHECOVID MADNESS..... |
Re: st louis open
And why do people still go to these races is beyond me ,have fun guys lol. I'll stick with races where they actually care if we show up or not.
Tyler , Bo , Jason ???? Where is the next one lol sign me up lets go!! |
Re: st louis open
Must be us Sportsmen racers who are spreading this thing, because I've heard on a regular race weekend it is business as usual with pay at the gate, and they hand you the time card.

Re: st louis open
They call racers up to the tower all the time to fill out tech cards if you pay at the gate. I heard them call a couple guys up today at the Houston race. The $8.00 fee goes to the on line service as well if you go that route.

Re: st louis open
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^WHY?

Re: st louis open
last year in sept in the high of this B S we where able to pay at the gate fill out paper tech card turn it in to a nhra tech guy this was earlville ia. whats the difference now ?? is it nhra or is just a track that wants to screw the racer ??
|
Re: st louis open
Why.... I guess NHRA hires these secured firms to handle it. It is only $3,00 in division 7. Go figure something actually cheaper out west.

Re: st louis open
WoW I really do miss racing and the getting together with my friends at the track but I sure don't miss all the BS you guys are going through just trying to race !

As far as pay at the gate, they do allow it but they have an "express lane" I believe for people who paid online. I didn't race their bracket program last year, but I'm a member of some Facebook groups of bracket racers from that area and see complaints about these things in there from time to time. |
