We are on our way!! Looking to be 82 on Sat!! Sure beats the minus 1 we had last week!! Looking forward to seeing everyone and eating some good old Cajun food.

We arrived here last night and went over to Jimmy Hidalgo's and Denise had fixed a great steak dinner! Thanks yall! After the 600 mile trip it felt good to eat a great meal and then get some good sleep.
It is filling up today with rigs rolling on in. It is overcast and 75 degrees. Just perfect!! I will try to get some pix when people start unloading!! More later. Patsy |

Well it is about 70 and overcast this morning. They just opened lanes for test and tune! Start around 3 with one qualifier today, then 2 tomorrow and 1 round of eliminations for everyone!

Test and tune seems to be running slowly today! We haven't made a pass yet, but Larry had to get new front Goodyears this morning and has been working on other things so he isn't in line yet. 47 stockers made the first qualifying run. I think Greening was #1 at -1.07 and Frank Teuton #2 at -1.05

There is another qualifier at 9 and then first round of class is a qualifier too! So Jim may be here today! It is 70 and a little foggy now and they have called us up!!

Well it is race day! We start out at 9 with round. 1 of stock and round 2 of everything else. It is already 76 degrees and 86% humidity. A little overcast.
