My subscription from last year ends today and I'm not renewing. Main reason for me is not being able to rewind to any point in the day like we could last year. I can't sit at my computer all day and if I miss something I want to be able to go back.

Same here. Had been just fine most of the day and now that it's time for factory showdown cars, we have nothing! Or maybe they've cancelled factory showdown cars for today... who knows? With no audio and no information... I just don't understand why NHRA has such a hard time with a live video feed when other much smaller organizations can have one without a hitch

P.S. Factory showdown cars now running.... at least live timing is still working

Well up to this point I had no problem when I wanted to watch but now that I decided to log on to watch the sportsman race this evening, it is not working. So now they can add me to the passed off customer list.

I've got sound opening another window for audio only, it did take a few times though(error msgs) It's becoming the "crash nat'ls", David Barton just crashed the COPO into the wall. Looked like engine was blowing oil smoke on right rear tire. JUST missed Holbrook!

Divison 3 D3-TV always works at the Divison 3 points meets, maybe NHRA TV should sub contract their coverage out to D3TV and make it free..like D3TV.

I'd thought about breaking down and subscribing after I saw the "improvements" for this year. But no Thursdays (1st round of sportsman looks like now) and continuing problems - looks like Speedvideo and D3TV for me.

They used to give free audio of the feed from nationals as part of your membership. I thought that was a great benefit, I'd have it on 3 or 4 straight days in the shop. They took that away when they came up with the pay per view.

It's really hard to believe that in 2019 they are still totally hopeless when it comes to technology.

I was among the first groups to do live internet coverage, and trust me it was a real struggle to even get tower access at all. NHRA didn't know technology, didn't understand it, couldn't see it being useful, and were more or less afraid of it.

Watching the slow progression, I'm pretty much convinced there wouldn't be even as much as there is now if it hadn't been for Phil Burgess. Very early on, he realized what was going to happen and worked hard pushing the bosses to get involved. In a culture like the NHRA, where "drinking the kool-aid" has been a thing for years, it was a brave thing to do.

Eventually they did, but it has always been a grudging thing where they really didn't want to do anything until they were forced to - at every step they made.

I'm no longer in the tower at races, and haven't been directly connected to people who know what's going on. But this TV thing looks like their approach hasn't changed - don't spend money that could go to salaries and golden parachutes. If you absolutely have to do something, find the cheapest vendor you can. Not know enough (or care to learn) about what needs to be done to provide a solid product, and just accept the sales pitch.

And the last critical parts - not insisting there be a performance clause in the contract. And refusing to pay for onsite support because it costs more.

I back in the All Access days I asked NHRA and a member here who would know, who was the executive at NHRA that was responsible for this product. I got no answer from either.

I will say that I think NHRA.TV has been better so far than All Access. So far they have always started on time and have had less technical issues.

They still have a ways to go and its very important that they add the Rewind/DVR feature back. So far my experience with the iPhone app has been good.

There is a name in post #30 that will help (if he can with the new NHRA.TV) He was VERY helpful to me in the early days of All-Access, don't want to post his email address but it's in ND. This might or might not be part of his job but he has helped in the past. One tip I can give is to get the latest IP(server?), I had to get Firefox/Mozilla. Another would be Chrome. This weekend's stream was problematic even so, hope they fix it. -Kevin Mc can you help?-

not sure if this is "the guy" but Rob Hedrick at NHRA is the DIRECTOR OF BROADCAST OPERATIONS AND SUPERVISING PRODUCER ---he reports to the Chief Marketing manager--- one of the guys has to be involved in this somehow if not they can tell you who is OR call NHRA and ask the receptionist who is who then maybe go from there--FED 387

I'd say Warren has a handle on it! D3TV, D2TV is the way it will be for all soon. As far as the National events....... until NHRA gets serious about it, you won't! Boycott NHRA TV and see it improve quickly! It ain't rocket science people! Jim

Where are the archival bits.

Where are the archival bits. Typically they have them for each day of qualifying/racing? There are only 2 on the site from 2019 Gators and they are incomplete.
