I had same problem would not return phone calls e mails for months i was lucky to receive help from a racer that went to his house and get my Msd box back still owes me for the dc to dc converter charged my credit card 700 plus dollars still thinking about legal action sorry this happen to another person this looks to be common in the racing community.

He has my MSD box which worked it was just to be up graded , and I was charged for other parts which he never shipped . Never got my box back . He never called me back . E-mails full of ridiculous excuses . I was going to stop by when I was at the 4 wide race to have a talk . Just go and buy new parts from the manufactures .

I believe Techwest has earned a Racers Beware classification. Don’t know what personal problems or demons Pat is experiencing BUT, why won’t he answer any communications ? Thanks for the heads up guys.....

Based on my one and only experience with Pat, it was a good one. I certainly didn't intend to mislead anyone with my comment, just being truthful and I thought .... helpful.

I've sent Pat boxes for repair/update 3 different times in the past, and personally have not had any issues.
Makes me wonder what's going on right now?

I have had 3 boxes done in the last 3 weeks for Friends in Canada, picked up last box from Pat last week, spot on work and price, i have his boxes in all 3 of my cars.

Wow don't know what story I'm getting now from Pat. Left messages on his telephone. Texted a message to his phone as this has worked for some others.And left a message via his facebook page.Called a friend I think of his (got friend's number from a friend of mine). As this has happened to others. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Finally got a message via face book that he was " off the grid for the last 20days.And I'll get my parts back this coming week.Now Brian says he has been working all along and ignoring other customer's. So what's the deal Pat!

One more thing I had forgotten to say. Last week after too many calls and messages left I called my credit card company. Asked for my $625 deposit to Techwest be returned. We will see how that turns out. Oh I'm still out my MSD 7AL2 plus box as of now. Yo Ken I apologize for the bs drama. I hate it but wanted potential customers to know what the truth is,
