Record beer sales predicted in Indy this year

BIGGG is back .... Former Ford Drag Team standout and Pro Stock racer Randy Payne has been named the pilot of Captain Jacks U/SA iconic 60 Chevy Wagon. Local liquor stores are stocking up for what appears to be a beer drinking week especially considering the Tuetons will be in town 😎

Well I guess this shows all them blue oval guys a thing or two. With Biggg behind the wheel, who knows what is going to happen, guarantee it will be done in style. Go get em Randy, my wife will be proud of ya. Now enter the Tueton's with the Mopar contingent and we got something special. And of course, the Fords, have to be fair.

Now about this beer consumption, is it calibrated by a single 12 oz beverage as 1 unit, or does twelve 12 oz beverages equal a unit. Or are we on the high side as in twenty four (case) 12 oz beverages as a single unit.

Jack, I believe you should change the word "sales" with "consumption" in the thread title.

Are we going to have predictions posted for the number of units consumed by Stock/SS contestants squatting areas?

Jack, I know that you guys will have a blast together, have a couple for me.

U/SA Has the media found out about this???

Investment tip: Find out what beer the Teutons are drinking at Indy and buy some shares of that company. The stock price always goes up when the quarterly sales are reported.

Ron, you can't use cases as Indy has those 36 to the case. We don't have that down here. Course with my Doctorate from MIT in Math, I might could equalize that.

Randy finally made it to the biggg time. Most people never get the opportunity to drive a U/SA.

Now you know, if I could find a competitive U/SA, (Mopar of course; gotta draw the line somewhere), I could run Bigg. Bigg and Bigger Shootout!!! Better than the Hemi Shootout. I'm thinking about a 70 Dodge Monaco Wagon (dual air 440). Have 10 cases in each wagon. Now that is class.

Re: Record beer sales predicted in Indy this year

Not to be outdone, Beefeaters sent me a large bottle of gin, which of course you know a Martini is either gin or vodka with perhaps a drop or less of vermouth maybe an olive, lemon or lime twist. After that you are convoluting the liquid. On the rocks or like my friend James Bond, vodka shaken not stirred and depending on which movie you are watching, a twist of lemon or an onion (not my personal favorite). But what everyone should know is today I got five bottles of different olives from Central Grocery in the French Quarter. Now that is good and that is class. They are from three different countries; Italy, USA, and South Louisiana. I thought maybe Capt. Jack would like to improve his social station and have a little drink with me. Excellent before a nice steak, now I just have to find the steak.

Martinis are for people who wanna slam straight gin (vodka) for lunch and don't wanna be called a drunk 👍😎 I'm in but prefer Ky Bourbon or heaven forbid some 21day aged moonshine 🍸

Slam a 12 pack , a couple of martinis, maybe a couple of sweet lady drinks, GA Peach Moonshine, KY Bourbon, Tennessee Whiskey, two lines, and a little smoke and maybe a dose of horse and out the door, Woohoo, are we awake now. Round #1 at 8:00 AM looking into the sun.

Jeff: I have a Mopar Mutt that qualifies for Mopar contingency. Just needs a little tweaking. You can drive it.

(laugh) Ron, what you do in the privacy of your own home is your own business, (God help your wife), but I'd have to recommend trying to hold off on that kind of morning ritual when it gets close to Indy time. They still hand out those special cups there don't they? :)

You, I definitely gotta meet someday...I sure enjoy your posts man.

Bringing gin to what I am bringing is like a knife in a gun fight two gallons of shine fresh from the woods. Biggg

Re: Record beer sales predicted in Indy this year

Hey Randy, did ya git it from Painter or Mr. Worner, either is fine. Would love to be there partying with you animals.

Pinballer, what I do in my privacy is not even close to what I described. Have 14 grandchildren,... that keep coming over. As far as Indy is concerned, it is my car that needs all that stuff.

But I've been invited to the Drug Testing a couple of times. Passed every time. What I don't get is that I thought that they were going to ask me which grade was better. Instead they said take a p**s. What the heck?

Looking forward to meeting you also.

PS, anyone who has ever pitted next to us know that we are a rather docile bunch.

U/SA Common Sense would be a wonderful test, 50% fail ratio.

Hey Jeff,
If it must be Mopar, how about prepping up a V6 2007 Dodge Magnum 4 dr wagon for the shootout? Add some weight (the equivalent of 8-10 cases of liquid refreshments) to move past T and you're loaded for bear in U/SA. You've probably got one sitting out on the used car lot right now!
