Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
114 B/SA cars last year, 15 more and we have a full field and an alternate. Wonder what the bump would be to get in?
Let see we have Mr. Jim with Line power, anyone that fast I call Mr., Sir J. Allen ( he looks English until he speaks) the leader of the plastic fantastics . The record holder, the flying Maple Leaf, Mr. 413 with Godfather John, that pink thing of Jeff's, and the green thing in Wright, Mn., and host of others. With all the competition in the class it makes it very easy to get out of bed at 5:30 am and go to work! |
Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
And That friends is the class to run. No one will give you a Wally for getting to the track. Only issues might be factoring variables but must be getting fairly even by now.

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
Gees, Larry the son buys B/SA car and now you make me wonder what we got into. Guess we better get to work. Tom

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
Hey Larry,
Let's run B/SA and B/S using your format and we will have plenty of cars! We proved this theory would work 15 years ago in Top Stock. There was never a day a stick car had any advantage at all. I believe Nitro Joe's stats prove me to be correct as well..right? My 67 Camaro (with yours truly driving) will be be there for sure.... MK PS Sorry about that little mistake at Gainsville...I must have blanked out and just plain forgot. But hey, you got your wheels back. At least I did't forget those!..LOL |
Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
Best two out of three, match race style! Would that be fun or what? If I lost all three it would still be worth the trip. The ET slip would show me where I would need to improve my program.

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
I've been working so much at the shop on making some more power that I haven't taken a lunch break in two weeks and that's hard on a fat kid like me ! LOL...I'll be ready hopefully when the rest are!

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
B/SA should be fun next year.
I say we have a little B/SA shootout at the Gators, then no one can cry about the air being bad. Every B/SA entry throws in $150 winner take all. |
Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
Interesting proposition. Pink is pretty. I will apply for a loan to enter.

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
J Allen sit down take a break, you and the Mrs. have some long lunches, take time to travel, attend some PTA meetings. You know the rest of us are just waiting for the snow to melt in the frozen north.

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
Well I've been thinking about this Gainesville shootout in B/SA thing and I have a different idea, how about $500 entry winner takes 75%, runner up takes 25% payout, at a non nhra divisional or national and I'll personally pay Wesley Roberson to come certify the winner and runner up per nhra rules and we can all swing for the fences with no worry of getting hp factoring on our combinations. What y'all think?

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
I like both. The Florida thing could be fun like the old SS/AA used to be. The only race bigger than that was Indy. The Off-The- Books race; how about Bowling Green before Indy on the Thursday? I will probably be in some other class by then, but looks like a good race to me. I think B/SA is the biggest class in Stock, what is it in Super Stock?

Re: Nitro Joe's B/SA Stats
I have some catching up to do. I want to do the race where the 1.20 under rule would apply. I'm not the fastest but you can't be late and take the win without helping my program.
Checkers is always fun to play! G.ot to get back to work |
