Ray's greatest scam was The Wright Tool sponsorship where racers would purchase the tools and Never get paid the contingency monies. In addition , he screwed quite a few racers selling worn out parts via the internet. The report states that he must attend gamblers anon meetings....imagine that. P.S. Interesting that he was ordered to pay restitution to Only 8 victims. Where are the other victims? It is unreal that RVIII was able to Screw this many racers with the internet and social media sites that exist today. Bad News Travels Fast ??? M.J.

he actually has to pay more to others they merged several into a small class action type of group---knowing Ray from the race track he will screw up --it will take a little time but he will F up-- he now is a Felon- his wife left him -his house was repossesed he probably lost his auto repair business -he has 3 years of closely monitored probation he has to make restitution for about $14000 plus he has to pay court costs attorneys fees etc.---he has to pay and attend gambling counseling plus others that were ripped off can still go after him !!! ya I know it looks like he got off easy but he has no assets, no source of income or job the money is gone probably gambled it away and he can still be sued in the future

A judgement is one thing, the racers actually getting their money is another. The old saying goes like this.....Ya can't get blood from a turnip. LOL. !!!

I think the people that got taken by this guy can go to court and get a civil judgement against him and in the future if he has any assets, they can go after those assets. The Goldman family did this to OJ Simpson.

This was all over Yellowbullet too. He got a few guys there to send him money for parts he didn't really have, and sometimes more than one person for the same non-existent parts. A couple guys posted that they have gotten their money back. At least if he doesn't make restitution he goes to the joint.

Either Ray liked us or was scared of us because we always got paid by him. Glad to see him get busted if he was scamming fellow racers though!

The problem is... he still do the sales on the internet. He get money and does not deliver the parts. I want to know who his probation officer. I was in Florida and it's far to go collect $ 400

Lets try something different. Why not everybody try contacting him and set him up for his bogus sales then if hundreds of potential buyers "agree " to get scammed we report him to the authorities. Fed 387

Thanks for the contact details.
I have had trouble getting onto him since his release from Jail.
I can now start the process of collecting my balance of $13k he still owes me for the dragster I paid him for and never received after it was taken by others he owed money to 2 1/2 years ago.

Anybody loose anything in his find a sponsor deal, I talked with him a few times promised the world for a nominal fee,(did spend anything)
