Have you been watching the horrible dumping of Central American and Mexican children? Scenes like the Katrina Stadium disaster , packed with people no facilities.
Kids lying on ground in the pens to control them. Seems they were told that the USA would take them and raise them and not send them home if they did several things to become Americans.(By Obama) Last year 6000 came and so far this year 90,000. Fear is that's only a third of those sneaking into the country. Who will feed, cloth, educate and even worse PAY for this, Us? Load up the Buses and send them back. No room at this INN for the whole world to live off the US taxpayers. Too many starving in this country now without making it impossible to support.

Simple enough to ship them back but the liberals won't let them. They would rather bankrupt America than protect it.

Saw this on news last night. Thought the same thing, liberals will say oh, how awful, we have to take care of them, My question to this is who pays?
Now another issue was forgiving student loans. (teach them right about responsibility) who pays? Yes the ones that worked through school and/or found a job in a good field, and had a good feeling when they paid it off, (the right way) How could anyone not say that our government is not trying to "redistribute the wealth"
This on top of negotiating with terrorist. and overstepping congress, where is the end? seems to open up a huge can of worms.

Now they are withholding information from governors about how many are being sent into their states.... Some do not want any... Just wait till congress is on vacation and watch the fireworks caused by the Pres..... executive orders......

Exactly. Who could have imagined eight years ago that a U.S. President would actually invite illegals in such numbers to break the law and then order the government to pay for them all. Bush had no idea there could be such an anti Constitutionalist, America hating President who's goal was to bankrupt this country! Obama could have rescinded the order any time he wanted. Instead he is using it to achieve his goal and the liberals can blame Bush for it. Jim

Something Congress could have done and refused to do, the bone-head Speaker of the House made that clear. You didn't hear the screaming from the GOP when Obama said he would go it alone. Can't have it both ways.

One part you got right: Bush had no idea! The Constitution does not allow the President to rescind or repeal the law. The process for repealing a law has to begin in Congress.

In July, Boehner said the House would not take up immigration reform this year. This is all about cheap labor and the GOP supports that...everytime. By their own words they are "do nothing".

We have more than enough immigration laws now. They are not being enforced..all the way back to Reagan's tenure.
No need to pass more laws ...
Make the congress a part time job with no bennies, just like working people are being stuck with.
Three months a year is more than enough time to pass laws that they don't obey.

If the House passes anything, Harry Reid, a Democrat will not allow a vote in Senate.
Easy way to claim the Republicans are do nothing, right?
Agree with Mark, its about enforcement not new laws. Secure border First.
Constructive suggestion. Any Bill originating in the House must be given reading and vote within 30 Days of passage. No way for one party to control ALL legislation by not allowing it to advance.

Here is the law that you say needs to be enforced:

Section235 -
Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to develop policies and procedures to ensure that unaccompanied alien children in the United States are safely repatriated to their country of nationality or of last habitual residence.
Sets forth special rules for unaccompanied alien children from contiguous countries.
Directs the Secretary to: (1) develop a safe repatriation pilot program for alien children; and (2) negotiate child repatriation agreements between the United States and countries contiguous to the United States designed to protect children from severe forms of trafficking in persons.
States, with specified exceptions, that the care and custody of unaccompanied alien children in the United States shall be the responsibility of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Sets forth related provisions respecting: (1) notification of, and transfer to, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); (2) age determinations; (3) safe placement; (4) legal and child advocate access; (5) immigration status adjustment and asylum protections; and (6) assistance eligibility.
Authorizes the Secretary of Heath and Human Services to award grants to, and enter into contracts with, voluntary agencies to carry out such responsibilities.

This law continues to allow foreign children to cross our border. So what does a Border Patrol Agent enforce the law or close the border. Only Congress can undo this.
