It's funny that we all have to have an electronic signature form on file for National even entries. An electronic signature is good enough for then to take $325 from me but not good enough if it could somehow possibly minutely open them up to some liability. Hell I can e-sign a tax return, but not my membership/number renewal

I was just wondering in this day and age why we have send it in and wait weeks to get everything back. It does not make any sense to me. Thanks for letting me rant. Ron

I have always renewed my membership online. Did they change it recently where you can't? I always figured you couldn't do the number online because of the physical required for licenses.

I renewed my membership without an issue, I received the membership card by snail
mail a couple of weeks later.

Memebership can be renewed online, but not competition number/license. Gottta fill out and FAX with appropriate stuff and 'signature'. Still waiting (3 weeks) for new license although the old one hasn't expired(end of the month).

Dont wait till the last minute to renew your number.It took a month to get mine back.

As long as you have renewed you are OK. You don't have to have a card. At national events tech will just flag your tech card and when you go to the trailer they can tell if you have renewed or not. At divisional events they might have to call Glendora if they want to verify. Most of time they will just take your word. I renew at the last minute all the time. :)

I faxed by Competition Number renewal to Division 3 today and had it completely processed with an email reply including my temporary card in less than 30 minutes.

No problems!

I always include a polite note requesting an email of the temp credentials...then, if anything delays I give a quick call.
I have 4 numbers...me, son, and 2 juniors...they have always offered to email, even when we are late.

Finally had my wife fax mine in this morning. I wish that we could do it online and also wish that you could sign up for longer then 2yrs or get a little more of a discount when you did renew for 2 years.
The 2 year thing could be for if class changes names or always trying to keep a little bit more accurate data files on people and watching for Repeat customers?
