recommendation to a motel near the Maplegrove raceway
 

Would anyone have a recommendation for a motel close to the track(cheap and clean would be nice)

I've stayed at The Inn at Reading the last 2 times I've been there and it was nice. Has a bar and restaurant there with good food and the rooms were nice and clean. They also have a nice sized lot if you have to park and truck/trailer.

Try the Comfort Inn , Red Roof in Denver, Pa ... less than 10 mins away near Gold Rush Trailers & Turnpike ... Good Luck,

Claude - I've had good luck at the Days Inn in Wyomissing.

Try the Best Western in Shillington. It's 5 minutes from my house and 10 minutes from the track. I normally send my customers there. They have reasonable rates and its clean. At least I haven't heard any negative feedback.

There's a holiday inn within a 10 min drive 610-286-3000, also a nice restraunt within wakling distance from it,

Claude, don't listen to Sean, he's never booked a room in his life, LOL! Listen to Mr. Ribero, if you can still get in. Plus if you do, then you can go to Zia Maria's for supper, right Sean!?!? Lol. Good luck.

Ya i guess you're right on all accounts!! Claude this is also a great option for both for hotel and supper(s) really look forward in meeting you pls stop by our camp anytime we don't get to see too many local guys come out to the races too often and we appreciate the support.

If you can't get that close, I've stayed numerous times at the Lantern Lodge Motor Inn in Myerstown. Off of Rt.422 at the 422 & 501 intersection. It's about 25 minutes away. When leaving the track, I'd go up 222, then 724 to Sinking Springs to 422.

The Inn at Reading was where we stayed many times and it is a nice place. Had a dining room and a bar.

Closer to the track is the Holiday in right up RT 10 ....about 10 minutes away in the opposite direction from Reading. I think it is Morgantown. I have stayed there also a number of times.

Room prices really went up a long time ago and like most racers I got myself something to stay at the track......
