Dan Moore seeks lawsuit
 

Just heard about the pit scooter incident at Orlando Speed World involving Daniel J. Moore and Scott Fifield. Apparently, Mr. Moore has been talking to world renowned lawyer Irwin R. Scheister of "Scheister, Scheister, and Scheister" law firm. Apparently, Dan Moore suffered DEEP EMOTIONAL distress from said incident. Scott, where are You..

Im right here mikey!! I should sue dan for ruining my night!i ha ha i was having a good time at the races,both of my kids were racing along with me going some rounds and i went home pissed off!!and i tried calling dan to check on him and left a message...... No reply!!

Word has it that Dan is at Titusville Hospital with a broke right arm, 2 broken legs and possible brain damage, but that may have been pre-existing.

I heard he has contacted an attorney to persue compensation from Scott due to loss of sexual activity as a result of his right arm being in the cast.

Not to worry, he is under the best possible care provided by "Obama-Care" and has a 400 lb., hair covered nurse to give him routine sponge baths.

Latest news is Dan's brain swelling has gone down. He and his attorney have agreed to try to seek a seltlement with Scott. The rumored settlement would be 3 hotdogs and 2 Pepsis (not diet).
