I don't know if this in the right thread or not but due to circumstances. I will not be racing the rest of the year because of my place catching on fire last nite! I basically lost everything due to smoke/ water damage! I went testing last nite with my mustang and came home to a place that was burned up! If everything works out, maybe we will see you guys next year.

Stephen, Sorry for you your loss. Fortunately enough no one was hurt or killed . We already lost one this year. In the big picture you still have your loved ones and your lives which can never be replaced. I am sure if you have questions concerning your loss there are many people on this site can give you good advice and/or point you in the right direction. Good luck and keep posting.--------John

Sorry to hear about that, it's unfortunate and tragic. It took me a long time to learn what an older / wiser racer once told me..."the races will always be around so don't think you need kill yourself to make the next one"

I would like to thank everyone for your concerns and your offers to help. I did have insurance on my things so thats a good thing, and I have moved in with my parents..(oh joy) lol. I basically lost everything but clothes, and they were all smoked up. I'm not sure if my computer or my flat screen tv works or not, i havent plugged either one up. Hopefully by the end of the week or by next week i'll be moving into a townhouse, so its goin to be a long processs getting back to where i was, but from the love and help of my friends, family and racers, we will be back racing.....
