We are here and stacked! We arrived about 8 tonight. Seems like lots of people here! We are at the front of the Spoke road. Schedule calls for parking beginning at 8 in the morning! Y’all jump in and let us know you are here! We are just glad to be finally out racing!

I arrived at noon and I’m about 24th in line. Very nice today when the sun was out but very cool temperatures after sundown. Glad to see this facility open again! NHRA needs it and us racers also.

Another day another forecast. Looks better than yesterday's forecast. Some rain on radar.

The forecast calls for rain around noon today and then the the rest of the weekend looks great. The staff has the venue looking very nice. It’s good to see some same old faces and several new ones. Parking went very well, scales were open and credentials were almost a cake walk.
Super Street at 8:00AM with Stock to follow.

Stock got their first run in as did Super Street. A few super comp cars went down and then the sprinkles came. Light rain for a while but they are now drying the track. The rest of the day and weekend look great! First round of stock is on drag race central.

Have for years got on line to look at qualifying sheets to see “how fast” everyone went at whatever track it was. NOW , today (2023), just get online to see who all showed up . 😉🙄

We ended up with about a 5 hour delay for rain but everything is going well now ! Everyone is one and done today! There were 2 DQs and Jamie Picht had battery problems so didn’t make the first run. From what I hear, they will all end up on the bottom of the sheet. We will see when the ladder comes out!
