I just don't like the attitudes and ignorance of some owners. Wether it be foreign or domestic they all have "that guy".

A little friendly rivalry is perfectly fine among car guys with understood respect though.

I totally agree with everything you said.

69camz28, That race was at Great Lakes Dragaway. Very similar to US41 though. At least in my experiences.

Thanks man.

I don't know Alex, so it's hard to tell if its just friendly banter or not. No offense taken either way.

Carey- thanks, I've heard of that track but never been there. For the record, I'm a huge American muscle car guy, both old and new. I saw your car at Indy last year and was blown away when I saw it rip off those times! Very cool! Sorry you were hosed over this year

Most who know me understand that I am passionate about S/SS and American muscle cars in general and I not TRYING TO START A WAR, just not a fan of the nerd cars (HATE them ACTUALLY) especially since they have been trying to infiltrate S/SS, the only ones I have ever raced with are the gerbil hauler and the beetles from division 7

To each their own.

We are all passionate about what we do, I think that's quite obvious.

Love the race but now on to something much more important: " what is wrong with the owners or owner of the race track" it's screaming LAWSUIT! I can see the headlines in the local papers,Drag racing killed my son! Nobody cares that maybe some crazy thing like a clutch disc might decide to decapitate some of the numskulls next to the cement barriers.lol p.s Alex better get with the time, nobody is building 66 Mustang anymore, these past generation have been weened on Honda's and Toyotas, it's their Mustangs and Camaros of our time, i find that the tuners have done a great job. I even had a friend in the 70's who had a Toyota Corolla Station Wagon four cylinder that would do quite well against muscle cars of the time. Like Carey said it's all American parts and the Racing.
