Re: "Combo in the Hills 2"
Well we are just a few days away from the "Combo in the Hill's 2" and the weather forcast looks great. We have gotten some outstanding feedback over the last two weekend at Maple Grove and Englishtown and it looks like the turnout should be outstanding. As of now there is no rain in the forcast for Friday or Saturday and the temperature is supposed to be in the mid 70's. This all makes for a great weekend for racing. We hope that you are all looking forward to a great weekend of sportsman racing. For those of you that plan on running the cic race on Friday, the day will begin at noon for open test and tune and around 3:15 the cars running the cic race will make their qulaifying run for that race. The cic race will be run on a "sportsman" ladder.
Last year we had many of you who attended who came from the south who were not happy about the ride getting to Numidia. Many of you took 81, I believe. I can tell you that the way that we go we have no problems with. It is a little of the beaten path but a beautiful and accessible ride. We take I83 up to the Lemoyne exit over the 11/15 North. You stay on 11/15 until they split and you continue on 11 North. Continue on 11 N and take the exit for 42 South. The track is a few miles down on the left hand side. Only 1 kind of big hill on Rt42 but a very nice, quiet, relaxing drive. Hope to see you all there. Lee and I look forward to this great weekend and hope you enjoy is as well. And we again would like to thank Rob Keister for allowing this to happen and letting us join in with the .90 Nationals. Please make sure to stop by and thank him as well. Brian Van Poppel |

Re: "Combo in the Hills 2"
I will be arriving on Fri. morning to announce both days of racing action. Again I would like every racer to feel free to come and visit in the tower and announce some also if you want to. I know many have not visited timing towers much unless you have questions etc. This will be a fun race, since I'll be in the tower alot, this will be a fun way to say hi to old friends and a good way to make new ones. I really want to see a lot of you visit us in the tower! I hope we have a great turnout, let's support this event!! By the way, Skills, are you going to be here? See me in the tower when you arrive.

Re: "Combo in the Hills 2"
Eric,
Can't help you out on the payout info but, Bob told me they did get some rain on Friday Night and some Sunday night but, nothing to be real concerned about as far as parking goes. They are due for some rain today and possibly Thursday. Eric, there is no blacktop except up by the fuel pumps but that is normally where Bob parks his rig. The return roads are blacktopped and yes enter in the first gate (Food, Tower) we will park till we can;t park anymore then the overflow will have to go over where they were last year and cross-over.
