I think all of us out here in D1 hope Dusty gets a shot out west! He's had a killer season and it would be nice to see him put the icing on the cake and if nothing less give it a shot! Gotta give credit where credit is due, also! Anthony Fetch is prob one of the best stock/footbrake drivers on the planet! He's def the man to beat this season! Congrats to both of you on incredible seasons! But you can never count out anyone named Richardson when the points are tallied up at the end of the season! This is a pretty tight race for the stock championship! Good luck to everyone!

Why don't you bring your F/SA and set the record? Its only a 10.69.I'm sure you could bomb that record.
Would you do it if NHRA gave 100 points to set a record?

The only thing setting the record would do is create more work to tear down and the chance of screwing something up on reassembly.
Maybe giving 20 pts. for a class record wouldn't be a bad thing.100 is a bit much I think.
132 car field makes 4th round a 60 pointer now.No free points for lower car count. What's with that?

By the way Dusty, if you do make it out this way, and race the Divisional, then I'd give you a HIGH FIVE for your awesome season, but now you have to hope that there's a few (+) cancellations since Stock is at 132 entries...so much for the economic state of America (I guess those economist were correct, we are on the rebound)???

Dusty doesn't need a cancelation, if he is within striking distance he gets a waiver.

Somebody out west has to have an extra car. I know if he was coming down south, the country dog could hook him up.

Greg

ps Edmond might take care of business at Noble.

Re: NHRA Stock World Champ Predictions

I think this was discussed in a past thread, but if you flew into the Las Vegas Airport and wanted to try and rent a car to race, what vehicle would be the best to try and get that might come close or under the index?
It would be a longshot, but as Ed Fernandez said....You gotta believe!
