After 6 months he called and told them to cancel his order and reverse the charge on his credit card. They refused to reverse the charge on my card and insisted on sending a check. Through gritted teeth I told the gal on the phone I was tired of being lied to, wanted my money back & I wouldn't turn them into their state attorney general. Rec'd a check overnight UPS & astonishingly it didn't bounce. |
