Thanks Jeff, I have been following doctor's order to the T. I feel good just sore. Looking forward to 2017 season.

All was good with the Doctor visit today. It was 3 weeks ago today since my surgery. I am now allowed to drive again (no race cars yet). I was bumped to 10 lbs. weight and I'm supposed to workout with that. I must keep it close to my body, just doing curls for now.

Ernie, congrats on your license, that alone will lift your spirits a bunch.
We have all seen a lot of S/SS, Comp. builds, but yours is absolutely
