Again, any idea who owned the Plymouth or where this was shot at?

Think someone said that was the now closed Bluegrass Dragway in Kentucky. That
photo (and others from there) were posted a year or two ago...Looks like mid-70's?

Charlie Frazier from Dayton, Ohio owned the Plymouth and that's Dallas Kelly in the Ford.
