Also, the only Sportsman cars that can set National records at National events are TAD and TAFC.

Do they do record runs at the Dutch?

I really don't think Kelly was disrespecting Stephen, if I did I would be all over him! What I believe he was doing was showing how ridiculous these cars still are! Jim

As far as I know they do Kelly. A few years back Ralph Conte set the E/SA record there but the engine broke on the backup.

Will the 08 CJ Have Hp reduced in the last half of 2012 because the AHFS recieved a request to let the car "fit" stock again? Remember Charlie Bob's letter asking for a reduction before the car ever made a run.

Record runs at the Dutch are Thursday and Friday and the corrected altitude is usually well below 1000'; very conducive to fast times.

Fezzell just went 9:20 at 150 spinning the tires. Unbelievable wheelstands this morning. Can't wait for pics and videos....but to the point of thread, SS/E is now CJ territory. Danny was right now many of the SS racers will feel the pain...

Nice run.....lets hope he runs faster before the weekend is over. I wish him good luck. Just shows how stupid NHRA is in allowing this crap to go on and how much smoke the racers of these new under rated combos have been blowing up everyones azz for the last few years. Just wait until he sets the car up with a nice suspension, larger tires and some engine modifications and see how fast he goes. Im loving it.

Anyone know what weight he is at compared to what he was running last race in AA/S? Just curious.

Go Daddy Warbucks! Maybe he will be able to move up a few classes this weekend!
