I met him in1992. He was a legend then and for ever will be in my mind. God speed Mr.Pizzolato.

I never had the pleasure to meet him. Anytime I heard or read his name, World Champion came to mind first. Rest in Peace Champ.

R.I.P. Sammy. I didn't know you personally, but knew the name and reputation. Prayers for his family and many friends at this tough time.

So sad, I’ll never forget at Graceland him saying to the ticket guy, “thank you ,thank you very much” in his great Elvis voice. Great racer! Nicer person.
