I can't tell you what happened today due to an early exit - an oil leak got me shut off after the burnout 1st round. Haven't investigated yet, but I had 3.5 hours to think about it on the way home and I bet it has something to do with my experimental "poor man's vacuum pump".
I can tell you that Saturday's final was Larry Vierregger vs. Dave Picht with Dave taking the $$. I had a great time meeting lots of people and putting faces with names, and even won 2 rounds last night. See you all in Kearney.

SUNDAY ~ SUNDAY ~ SUNDAY What a great day at TVD ! Rick Wessells prevailed over Dale Radke. We had 52 cars and a great crowd ( fun to see people interested in S/SS racing)

Last time out at Oahe, the track HOOKED! That might have led to the demise of "Christine's" rear end! Literally! lol

No car to make TV. I do not make a good spectator!

Working on a "project"! Hope to be able to make the Koppien/Christiansen Memorial and National Open sponsored by Midwest Class Racers this week end at Oahe Speedway in Pierre as a competitor.

Weather forecast for Sat the 21st at Oahe Speedway, 80 degrees, 15 mph SE wind. Sun the 22nd, 82 degrees, 17 mph S wind. Records anyone?
