Jack, I caught these pics of you leaving the line on the 3rd. It's hard to take pics while you are in the drivers seat.

Congratulations Bob Park on winning in SS in Lebanon Valley this morning!

Taking the gold home to beautiful Dundas, Ontario. That is CANADA for everyone below the 49th.....

Geez, that is now Brian Clayton taking the win in Numidia and now Bob. FJ, I think your CANAM series is doing some damage in the land of the red, white and blue!

Enjoy,

Mike Ferstl

Too Tall,

I think Jack had cylinder heads and intake manifolds on his mine after his fine record setting adventure...

We can forgive him just this once LOL.

Joe the car belongs to the Sansone's it is beautiful and I'mm sure judging by the way their Nova runs it's only a matter of time before it's flying too .... Good to see old school still has a big following .

Thanks to Marc LeBrecque and Diamond RV for sponsoring the Lebanon Valley event. Rumor has it that the runner up in stock gets to keep the 42 foot motor home being shown in the pit area as a consolation prize. Thanks Marc you are special.

Special thanks to Yo Ken Miele and Jack Matyas for all the reporting and pictures.

Jack gave out a runner up prize in stock which lifted my spirits and I thank you. Jack you are the best.

Thanks Joe - Your spirits should not have needed lifting - there were 108 other guys ( opps - and gals ) there that would have gladly traded places with you .Your driving was superb all weekend .

Also - truth being told I awarded the same prize to the Lee Zane as his efforts were noted .

One last thing - Marc LaBrecque lied - as usual he's full of it - you're only getting a forty footer ! ! !

Some final notes - those of you who think Sportsman racing is on the decline - think again .At Lebanon Valley this past weekend there were 110 Stock entries along with 54 SuperStock participants .Also , as a whole there were more than 450 total contestants - just shy of their alltime total in the last few years .And even with having to stay an extra day because of the weather nobody complained and most were very happy they went - they just plain had a good time .

Me ?? I can't wait for next year .

Almost forgot - Truman D. Fields - I know you're out there - hope you slept well last night knowing your baby is in very capable and loving hands .He's drivin' it like he stole it buddy . And its plenty shiny like you'd have it ! !
