Maybe Paul will realize the topic is Chicago, and not Covid 19, of which I responded to.
The only testicle problem I have is cancer, and a smart azz like Paul. Just curious what Paul races. I can't find that he ever raced....hum. The only thing I can find is he has a 750 sq ft/2 bedroom home. Nothing wrong with that, I was curious why he would flame me????

Supposedly NASCAR sold part of the land that the Cup track is on, and MIGHT clost that track. So far, no rumors of the dragstrip being closed/sold.

Funny thing is, our governor is part of an investment group that owns a lot of medical companies. One of them is now selling test kits in Illinois. Nothing fishy there......

The Illinois Constitution, Article V, Section 8, states that "The Governor shall have the supreme executive power, and shall be responsible for the faithful execution of the laws." The purpose of the Office is to ensure proper execution of the laws in Illinois.

We all have our crosses to bear Mr. Hansen. Hopefully with some kind of treatment your illness will diminish or disappear.

Forty years ago my brother and I raced a bracket car and I haven't been down a track since. Looks like you haven't raced in almost ten years. What's that have to do with anything?

The Google is your friend. If you're ever in WNY stop by.

The last time I was up in that area there was huge logistic centers being built all around the track. Also 1/2 dozen of them built right off of Rt 80. Most seem to be empty. Article in local paper said the NASCAR group that owns the tracks was just selling off some of its unused ground.

Greg,
I see they made it the last race of the Division 3 season October 9 - 11. Maybe they're hoping he will cave on his demands by then? With his current plan do you see it happening? Illinois is in Phase 2 now and currently his rules are:

Phase 3 is offices, salons/barber shops can open with capacity limits & safety precautions. Face coverings are required, gatherings of 10 or fewer are allowed.

Phase 4 is childcare centers, schools, bars and restaurants can reopen, all with safety guidelines from the IDPH. Gatherings of 50 or less people allowed. Travel resumes.

A move to Phase 5 requires that a vaccine or effective treatment MUST be widely available or a region has herd immunity/no new cases over a sustained period of time. Conventions, large events, festivals are permitted, businesses, schools, recreation can resume with safety guidance.

You brought it up. And I did read it. He can make rules by "Executive Order".
