Last time I was there, when you pulled onto the track from the staging lanes, you had to back into the water box. The wall behind the water box was only a few feet from the road that leads to the track. It was IHRA back then, and a lot of the Quick Rod (Super Comp in the NHRA) cars would bounce their slicks off the wall when backing up behind the water box!

I would really like to go there now. It looks like they changed everything for the better! It now looks like a completely different facility! Top notch all the way!

If Randy Parker is running Johnny Fisher’s old Mirada then a potential heads up with Marshall would be entertaining to watch....

It is Johnny Fisher's old car Jim and it would be entertaining but my money would be on the Super Nova.
