I raced my very First National event at the Englishtown Summernationals in July of 1974.
Ran a 69 Camaro in Super Stock.
I remember all of those bonfires & large crowds that came out to watch in a Very Hot July Weekend.
Had great times racing there.
Sad to see the track is closing.

Maybe NJ's new Gov. is going to use the place to house all the illegals. After all he is turning NJ into a sanctuary state !

It was going to take more than mufflers to solve their problems. To their credit, they have been fighting uphill battles for decades.
Should be plenty of people on here, with details to share.
