Not scientific by any means, but this question had me curious so I checked time runs for 2-3 divisional races per division from 2016. Nobody is head and shoulders above the rest. Rocky Clark was the highest I saw at 178, and didn't see anyone else above 175. There are a few guys in the 173-175 range, and then a whole lot of 170-172.

Clark had some kind of a problem on the line and an easy win for Vrooman.

I'm to lazy to look it up, but i know 4 to 5 that's been 190 plus in SG

I'm sure a lot of these top sportsman cars could throttle stop and be around those mph marks. That's what most of these high mph cars are anyway, that and ex pro stockers, it has gotten crazy out there!!!!!!
