Just curious looks like your avitar is a S2000, is that your car?
I only ask because i'v had a couple and used to be on the s2k sites quite a bit. Is your car the first one to make in the 9's. just wondering if was following your car build 4 or 5 years ago.

I'm trying to figure out how or what made them notice this. Something caught their eye or somebody told them what to look at because I can't imagine this was visible under the hood. If you'd like, PM me a picture or post it.
Sorry to hear about this. I personally think you have a bad a** car and I admire you for coming forward with it to NHRA class racing. Before you, it was Mazda rotaries.

After I lost in the 2nd round at Atco I was really tempted when he called for "3rd round only round winners" return to just pull up with a $50.00 in my hand and be like "where's the buy back line start."

I feel your pain, I too have dealt with that of whom you speak.

I seem to remember when Scott Gove was tickling the 7's some official made a statement that they would not allow a 7 second SS....maybe hot air, if not, they will have to back down with the new FS cars.

When you opt to race a one off car, you stand the chance of being made an example of their "power"

Besides Gove I think they made it hard on Galina as well.

NOT TAKING ANYTHING AWAY FROM YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS but I'm just not a nerd car fan never was never will be 100% all AMERICAN HERE I ALWAYS HATED NHRA FOR DISPLACING US FOR THE BULLSH*T SPORTS COMPACT SERIES, ME AND JIM SKELLY HAD MANY A SPIRITED DISCUSSION OVER THE LIKELYHOOD OF sport compact surviving?
And where are they now? although I will admit that I did enjoy the bikini contests these days I'll probably get smacked for looking, back then things were different in my personal life so I could pretty much look at anything I wanted to.
so you must not be too proud of that the thing whatever it is as nobody ever did answer my question and I still don't know what the hell a S2000 is? Is it some sort of science fiction movie? or the cartoon character speed racer's new ride?
