I would tend to believe that society is a little more forgiving of a stupid kid experimenting with pot, then an accountable adult abusing alcohol and drugs!

Was he buying the cocaine or selling the cocaine? Or maybe that stuff is free?
Society will forgive him of his indiscretions when society stops pointing the finger at a hazing incidents from 1965!
