Sounds like a good idea to me. I would assume that Scott is going to try to get his record back sometime this year since he usually tries to reset it every year and Randy Jones has a fast SS/AM car as well. I don't know if Sonny Stancil would be interested is taking weight out of his SS/BM car but they could have a possible chance at the pot too. And of course, those boosted 1200HP mustangs have a great shot at it as well. Oh, and John may lower the ET next week at Belle Rose assuming the weather is as good as it has been in previous years. The morning sessions are usually mid 60's with pretty good air. |
