What I am saying is that a guy like that COULD have gotten it right if they cared to do so.

I'm not a big Internet poster, but I watched my wife get outran 1st rd of Indy 2010 by approximately 6 tenths and 9 mph by a dragpak challenger in G/SA heads-up.

Good experience to say the least. I would put our cars up against any "real car" , and I think we'd have at least a shot.

As a participant for many years, I feel the worst for the upper class cars which have been virtually made useless by the new breed of cars. Think about the tens of thousands of dollars spent to make the old muscle run as good as they are able too, quite impressive, I believe.

I hope NHRA does the right thing and makes the playing field level for all involved. Stock Eliminator should be based on enguinity and work, not solely on Hp factors.

Yes you are wrong

in a bracket race you can't set a national record, you not only have safety rules but In Stock and Super Stock there is engine rules and tire limitations in Stock and Super stock and if one has a heads up race there is no dial in and many other reason it is not a bracket race just FYI for you

Nice try but if you have shoe polish on your windshield you're bracket racing! The only difference is that those of us that race class have extra restrictions than regular bracket racers.

Greg if you think you can't you won't. But if you think you can you will. The mind is a powerful tool. Anything can happen at any given moment.

.....regardless, unless you go heads up in the exact same class, you both dial in during elims, wrong?

Dottie the power of positive thinking is great but when someone has 100 more hp and less weight they are going to win 99.9% of the time.
