DW where is the best place to stay there. I use to stay somewhere in town, Holiday Inn I think.

Can't remember the name right off . But as soon as you come in on 70 look to your left just past Toyoto dealer. Then there is a Holiday Inn Express just a little farther on left next to Golden Coral and Wal- Mart. Then stay on 70 by-pass about 2-3 miles and there are 3 more motels at intersection of 70 & 258. All motels are about 1-3 miles from track.Call me and i will look up #'s for you if at home .

Herb, try the West Park Inn,1-252-527-1500. Its on the left going into town. Tom Gould told me its a good clean place to stay, with good rates, and Tom knows all the right places to stay. Mike

I checked on Hotels.com most hotels are 100.00 a night. What a rip. I'm going by Dean Sox's place on the way down so I wont be getting to the track til later.

Yet another reason why I just came in to this race Sunday morning the last two years...
