An incredible man, charming, friendly, helpful...great hugger....We only knew him a short while, but to know him was to love him right away...He was a friend, the kind of person everyone was happy to be around.
We will miss you Mr. Bullard...our deepest sympathy goes out to you Clay and your family...

It is still hard for me to believe that we won't be seeing his smiling face again at the races.

We are saddened to hear of Robert's death and we will miss him at the races. He would always smile and wave as he drove his scooter. Clay and family, hold on to the wonderful memories.

Robert was a good friend and a very tough racer. I knew him for over 30 years and he was the same way everytime that you saw him. He was a good guy and will be missed. His family is in our prayers.
