Bob never met a stranger. I met Bob around 1966 in Los Angeles at the drag strips in the area as we both had Chevy's. Come to find out he worked in the parts dept at a Buick dealer (Cummings ?), where I called occasionally for parts from the garage I worked at in Culver City. We would meet for lunch sometimes at "Ketchie's" sandwich stand. (meaningful only to WLA folks). I left LA in 1970 but Bob has called me on many birthdays to catchup. I am praying hard for Bob and his family that God's will is done as this is in his hands. This world needs MANY more people like Bob.

Pray for God's Holy Spirit to be Bob's Family's
comforter in their time of Loss.

I have know him for a Long time and last talked to
him at Winternationals.

Thanks for the update. Obviously not the outcome we all wanted.

Like John said May God's Holy Spirit be with Bob's family and many friends at this tough time.

May we all take this as a sign. Live every day like it is your last, because you never know when your last breath will come.

Godspeed Bob, you will be remembered by all.

I have known Bob for probably 50 years, and we have always been friends. Rob Youngblood gave Bob a copy of my book "Saved From What?" last fall at Vegas and I can only hope he was able to read it. Prayers for Doug and the rest of Bob's family.
