Just put in a dispute with your credit card company. They will reverse the charge and credit your account.

Re: Beware of CSR Performance
Well its gonna be hard to comply with the new flex plate shield rule for many of us with stock transmission tunnels, no SFI transmission case option and no CSR shield. Hate to say it, but were gonna need removable tunnels in Stock to comply with the new rule given lack of product availability.

Re: Beware of CSR Performance
I sure wish someone else would start to manufacture the carbon fiber shields!

(“Blanket”-type shield, appropriately labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1, permitted.) All non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per manufacturer’s instructions) 3/4 x 1/8-inch straps that bolt to the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan, or transmission pan must be labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. Permitted in all classes where an automatic transmission is used. Comp, Super Comp, Super Gas, 9.99 or quicker E.T. cars, and 135-mph or faster E.T. cars using an automatic transmission, Lenco Drive, or BRT must be equipped with a flexplate meeting SFI Spec 29.1 and covered by a flexplate shield meeting SFI Spec 30.1. Transmission that can utilize a high-gear transbrake must be supported by the use of two momentary buttons (one to arm the system, second as the main transbrake). Re: Beware of CSR Performance
Stock/Super Stock - Beginning January 1, 2024, SFI Flexplate mandatory on all V8 vehicles.

Re: Beware of CSR Performance
long overdue. too many old guys still running 50 year old flexplates and others chinese junk.
|
Re: Beware of CSR Performance
The 50 year old flexplates aren't the problem and neither is the good stuff (ATI, Meziere). It's the Chinese stuff.
|
Re: Beware of CSR Performance
My mistake, I confused the new SFI flex plate rule with the old 9.99 flex plate shield rule. Since I am moving to A/SA, their both new rules for me to comply with.
