Re: Joe Neebie YouTube series

I've started a you tube channel where we race our nova street car in sportsman. The videos are from in car, they are slower but allot of fun. I'm doing this to learn how to do this and I want to Segway into the stocker we are gradually putting together. It has been in storage for 10 years and when we start the assembly I will take videos along with testing at the track etc. Lastly I would like to attend a divisional and show the behind the scene qual, fuel check, ladder etc. It's a great idea and look forward to anyone doing it. Our channel on YouTube is SimpsonCompetition2877. Thank You Robert

I know from Bill's builds that he tests his cars a lot as he develops a new combo. The potential new participant needs to be around 90 minutes or less from a track that has open testing and/or brackets monthly. The project should first concentrate on modifications that allow the car to remain street legal, in order to delay the need for the purchase of a truck and trailer until later in the program. I would concentrate on building a street-legal, Stock-legal bracket racer to get the hang of car operation and racing basics first before commiting to a race-only vehicle.

So there ya have it. Stop drinking those expensive energy drinks, get out of your Mother's basement, get in your Dodge Caravan and find yourself a tow dolly and a 2002-2005 Cavalier and YOU TOO can be an NHRA Stock Eliminator Hero!!!

No more excuses!!!

Or in my case, race the Caravan instead. But maybe not one that you borrow from the dealership where you work. ;)

Ya know, this isn't exactly the same but one of the local "kids" who posts some stuff on YouTube keeps wanting me to do a video while walking through a junkyard making comments on interesting cars as I go.

Good morning Billy and to all. If you'd like some company on that "walk thru" let me know and I'd be glad to accompany you and maybe add some cometary. I'd certainly be ready for a walk thru after the Dutch.
Just something to keep in mind. Have a good day.

Respectfully,

Junkyard gold! I miss that show
Count me in, I love walking junk yards. Most around here stopped that years ago.
