Micro Strategies inc. become the National Open Series new title sponsor in division 1.
I must say a BIG MERCI to P.C. RICHARD for their great support over the years for sponsoring this series. |

When crossing the border into Canada towing with an RV, or Truck and Trailers with Race Cars, are you required to provide "Titles" for all vehicles?
Do you have to provide proof of "Vaccination" to enter or exit Canada? |
Re: D1 National Open - Napierville Dragway $10,000 STK/SS RA
No. The vaccination mandate ended quite a while ago.

#1 bring your passport #1a enough $US cash for your entry, and the crew....no Credit Cards at this track. #2 Before you leave your driveway verify your passport is with you #3 Leave all the guns and ammo toys at the house to include: hand cannons, shotguns, bazookas, recoiless rifles, muskets(yes the black powder type),etc #4 Do follow the instructions of customs lanes #5 Stay out of that Lexus/Nexus lane.... #6 Have your trailer unlocked for Custom Agents ease #7 If you are bringing Fido, well Fido needs to be up to date on ALL of his shots, etc, I travel with a Doggy Dossier, and Canadian Customs some times will enter MH to verify type of dog,etc.... #8 I've never been asked re car paperwork, I used to bring it, but if its your first time, no harm having some photos of it on your phone #9 Standard questions: Any firearms, or ammo, alcohol, what do you do for work, and where do you live. To the track you go......speed limit is in Kilometers so do the math, and don't speed. Leave the Masshole driving style at the border as well......Yes this means that cutting off Pious Prius drivers and Hollier than thou Tesla's will have to be curtailed.....You can resume these wholesome activities once you are back in Vermont......Be careful of your trailer though..... Getting back in to the States #1 Try not to get behind the car with 4 hammered teenagers throwing copious amounts of unknown substances out the window....... #1a If you have had a bad weekend at the track, yelling to the Customs Agents, Body Search Em, Body Search Em, might boost your mood, If the rubber glove comes out, thats a win..... #1b Its important to read the Customs Agent.....because well because #2 Have that trailer unlocked #3 Throw out the limes, oranges etc at the track you can't cross with them, and they have to remove it...... #4 Don't cross with more than $10,000 in cash.... #5 Again present your passport I may have missed some tips, but this is a good start. A few more items to add to Eric's post:
I believe that an enhanced Driver's License will get you in and out of Canada. Maybe someone can verify. I have a car with no title. I stopped at the US border patrol on the way into Canada, and they issued a form identify and describing the car. Had no problem time after time with the same form. Then one time, I crossed at another border. The first person gave me a hard time about the age of the form and that it hadn't been issued at that crossing. A supervisor overruled them and let me go. Friends of mine crossed near Buffalo NY heading for Michigan. Had a dog and dog food with them. Canadian border patrol asked them if they were carrying dog food. Treated them like criminals and took the dog food away from them. For the most part, I have had little problems at the border. Stay calm and be polite. They have little sense of humor. |
