I did speak with the factory direct yesterday and they were very helpful. I need a VIN number off a 2004 Haulmark Elite 102" wide body in order for them to look up the correct part. I have a friend that has one so if he pulls through I should be in business. as for insurance, they were very fair about settling and fast. No complaints there.
