Re: Vegas
FYI that Unk indicated on FB that they would only have one camera today (others allocated to SEMA coverage) but would be at full song tomorrow and Sunday.

Re: Vegas
I still can't see or hear anything on NHRA Tv. Edit- had to change my browser.

Re: Vegas
Todd Hoven was first to run down the track. I would think he was trying for number 1. Now that Larry DeForrest ran 1.18 under. I doubt anyone will try and beat that. Hal Sorenson hasn't run yet but he will not try and get hit with Hp. Plenty of cars ran to the 1000' mark to play the qualifying game.
Schedule got delayed with an oil down. I think it was a top Dragster. Also a motorcycle rider got thrown off and was injured. Paul Haszlauer 7019 D/SA |
Re: Vegas
I ran in the test and tune yesterday and glad I did. They just adjusted the schedule. Stock won't be running till I would fair guess 8:00 tonight. What a deal. I left at 2:30 . They sure are making these days long lately.

Stock
89 cars it splits at 45. So #37 runs 81, #38 runs 82 if nothing changes, and I bet it will; Little vs Emmons, Lambeck vs Santangelo first round. This is going to be good. Hoven and Method, Cooter and Thibert |

Joe is driving Bo Butner's AA/SA

Re: Vegas
Frank, other Vegas thread indicated Joe is in the Bo Butner late model Firebird he’s been running lately. AHFS is still in play, if it wasn’t you’d see Todd and Cooter (and Sorensen) throwing the kitchen sink at getting a bye in first round. Hard to know what the final Q sheets will look like but like you with all the low country cold rain sure looks like a great day to lock in on NHRA.TV and see how it unfolds.
