Last race he was my opponent this morning he is instrumental in figuring out why my car would not start for Q 1. TC Morris saw I was having problems and came over to help, last race I squeezed by him by .009. TC found the problem, a loose connection on the coil. He almost helped too long for he was one of the last sets of cars to go down for Q1.
I can’t thank TC enough because I know I checked the connection and thought it was ok. It just shows the type of quality people we have in this sport. Thanks again TC!

It would be nice if the 68 Dart running F/SA loses the flat hood for a GTS hood like they came with. Small detail I suppose.

We were having a difficult time trying to understand what was different about being at Indy for this race. We finely realize what was missing, Ray or Bill Skillman were not trying to sell us a new car on television.
