To me, it's criminal if you have an idea that might help, or that you think our government is missing or holding back, to not share it. There are megaphones on either side that would gladly publicize this great plan

Come on, share it

Is that a lay-up? I got it!

First we have a national mandate on face coverings - everyone wears them because they help halt the spread of the airborne particles that carry the virus.

Second we practice "social distancing" (no super-spreader events) and we wash our hands and use hand sanitizer to protect ourselves.

Third we get EVERYONE tested, and those who test positive we quarantine to keep them from infecting others. We also contact-trace to identify those people who have been exposed and may not know it.

Finally when a proven safe vaccine is approved and distributed EVERYONE gets treated or the cycle repeats itself over and over again.

He shoots - he scores!!

Like Bob, I'd really like to head for Vegas, car hasn't turned a wheel this year but can almost guarantee the border won't open. Some interesting facts,

Washington state, 7.6 million population, 83,000 cases, 2070 deaths

BC, 5+ million population, 7,700 cases, 220 deaths

Just some simple numbers

pop.of usa 328,000,000

# of cases 7,000,000 2.1%

# of dead 200,000 .06%

So lets punish everyone for the few

Good so far, but - not everyone has been tested -

79,000,000 people have been tested as of 26 August

7,000,000 tested positive

That's almost 9% of # tested

If we test EVERYONE, and the numbers hold, that's almost 30,000,000 positive cases.

That's over 800,000 dead, absent a vaccine or a miracle.

And everyone who dies had a Family and friends who loved them. You are very fortunate that you haven't suffered the loss of anyone you cared about. Here's hoping and praying you never do.

Really??? how would you know???? Some liberal a-hole tell you that too???If you want to be lead around by the nose, good for you. Think you know everything that goes into making decisions that affect millions of people?? Why don't you run for president and fix everything. You should walk a mile in someone else's shoes before opening up your mouth.

Maybe you should walk a mile in the shoes of the families and friends of the 200,000 Americans that have died from COVID19 before opening your mouth!

I'm sure as insensitive as he appears to be, he wouldn't understand the concept, Bill!

Just "a few" people he says!

The number of people that die would not change just because you test more people. you will just have more people tested that didn't die.
