NHRA has maintained that they own the run data and as such, are not going to make it easily available in electronic form. My arrangement allows me to display the data only but not to capture it. I'd be surprised if that ever changes.

I have had conversations at times with NHRA's production team about better or different ways to produce my show, including a downtrack camera. To be clear, however, I am an independent operation that has an "arms-length" arrangement with them. I do assist from time to time when offered the opportunity.

I wouldn't really expect it to change, but it would be nice! And interesting.
