There is a source for small primary bowls for under $150, which I don't know if they are still being manufactured or there is just a large overstock. But no source for big primary bowls that I'm aware of.

i just joined a 3d printing forum and asked if there is any plastic that can stand being in contact with gasoline. i am going to take apasrt a junk tq i have and see what it looks like and what screw holes that would have to created. do you think having brass inserts for the screws to be needed?

From what I've seen, the only brass inserts are for the primary jets. Then there are those 2 "caps" that are epoxied under the main jets. All of the cover screws thread into the aluminum base. The fuel bowl center section simply provides "pass through" holes.

I'm still learning and coincidentally, took apart my first 2 good TQ's, changed the jetting and reassembled them this past weekend.:D Still gotta try them out.

Thanks

All are Stratasys. The largest we can do is a 18 inch part.
